Hebrews 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.
Not only should you speak the word of God, but do what it says and the change you want to see will come.
The earth as we know it now was without form and void and filled with darkness; that means that if you saw the earth before God got to work in creation you would have concluded that it was a hopeless case. Firstly, it was void of any life form; nothing existed. Secondly, the scripture says that it was without form: disorder prevailed. Water was everywhere and the things needed for life to come forth were not in place. Things needed to change and so to create that change God decided to use his word; hence the scripture in Hebrews 11:3 that the world was framed or created by the word of God.
The disorder and darkness that exists in your world can change, but like God did you have to use the word of God? The scripture tells us in Hebrews 4:12 why it is best to use the word of God to create change; because it is quick and powerful. It will create change faster than anything else can and what differentiates it from any other is that it is most powerful. Anywhere the word of God goes, it creates impact. When God spoke” let there be light”, impact was created instantaneously. Take note; however, that it was not one word from God on the first day that caused everything to be created. He used the word day after day until everything that was envisioned came to fruition. Every day as he spoke a word something else changed. The confidence that you should now have is that if you do as He did, you can create change the same way He did in your environment.
Life Application: Daily speak the word of God over your circumstances and do what that word says to see change.
Prayer: Lord, you have given me the power and authority to speak things into existence. I declare your blessings and all that you have planned for my life to come to fruition. In Jesus name, amen.
