Bible Verse

Joshua 3:8 And thou shalt command the priests that bear the ark of the covenant, saying, When ye are come to the brink of the water of Jordan, ye shall stand still in Jordan.

Since it is the anointing that breaks the yoke; the only prudent response is to take the anointing into any difficult circumstance that you might have.

The solution given by God to Joshua and the people of Israel was to take the anointing into their difficult Jordan River circumstance. After the people sanctified themselves, immediately thereafter, God instructed Joshua in Joshua 3:8 to have the priests bearing the Ark of the Covenant come to the brink of the water of the Jordan and stand still there. The solution was clear: the priests were to take the presence of God, which represents the anointing into the Jordan River. When they did this, the water backed up and stopped flowing downstream such that the Children of Israel were able to cross over to the other side on dry land. Notably, as long as the anointing was present in the Jordan River, the overflowing waters stayed and it only reverted when the anointing was taken out. .The hidden message is to keep the anointing flow in your circumstances at all times.

What the anointing was able to do for the Israelites could have never been done by human effort. It would have been wasted effort. The Children of Israel relied on the anointing and it took them safely across the Jordan into their promised land. What is hindering you from reaching your Promised Land? The anointing still has the power to change every difficult circumstance; take it into your circumstances. Take note that the responsibility to carry the anointing was given to the priest; this implies that in order for you to effectively carry the anointing you must function as a priest by walking in righteousness. Carrying the anointing comes at a cost and you must be willing to pay the price.

Life Application:

Purpose to carry the anointing into your difficult circumstances by walking righteously and saturating yourself in the presence of God.

Lord, I will not go unless your anointing goes with me. Break every yoke and chains over my life and circumstances through your anointing. In Jesus name, amen.
